Our technical support team is available during the hours of 08.30 and 6.00 Monday to Friday. In the first instance all support queries should be sent to email@example.com. We do however also provide emergency support 24/7 365 day per year.
Customer Service Level Commitment
Our support mailbox is constantly monitored and after sending your support request to us, you should shortly receive an email confirmation with a unique ticket ID.
We aim to respond to support requests within 4 hours during the working
day and within 24 hours at all other times.
